New Lantern is an engineering-led company. Our engineers work across the full stack: cloud infrastructure, DICOM streaming, real-time viewer performance, and the AI models powering Curie. You'll work directly with radiologists, observe their workflows firsthand, and build software that changes how they practice.

Apply, complete a build challenge, and up to 10 residents join the team for four weeks — each paired with an attending engineer guiding your work, giving real-time feedback, and helping you ship. Earn up to $12K over 4 weeks, and top performers receive full-time offers as Software Engineers.
